INTRO TO FITNESSTeens Ages 12-15 Work out with a wellness coach in a fun and educational setting. The focus of the class will be on weight training and proper gym etiquette. This program meets on Thursdays from 3:003:30 pm. The class is limited to five participants. Please register in advance at the Member Services Desk to reserve a spot. Intro to Fitness is free to YMCA Members and non-members will pay $25 a month. Register at the front desk or call 677-3000.

Gymnastics is now open for enrollment! NINJA-NASTICS Boys and girls ages 5+ will learn gymnastics, tumbling, climbing and flips while learning balance and moves like an American Ninja Warior. FUNDAMENTAL GYMNASTICSAges 5+ Youth are introduced to skills in bar, vault, beam and floor routines.
