The Oil City Farmers' Market operates on Thursdays (June-Sept), 9 am - 2 pm on Central Avenue near Christ Episcopal Church and the Oil City Library. Next Tuesday May 25: enjoy live music in Justus Park courtesy of the Oil City High School Band and Oil City Middle and High School Choirs! By request of the Venango County Suicide Prevention Task Force: we have set the Center Street Bridge Lights to green to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month. Although the request was just for this week, we're keeping the lights green through May 22, the date of the Shine A Light on Suicide 5K.
