Here’s what you’ll need: 5T soy sauce 5T olive oil 3T white vinegar 2T. Cumin... 1t. Chili powder 1t. smoked paprika 1 t.onion powder 1t. White pepper 1t. Black pepper 1t. Mexican oregano -Italian is okay, too 11/2 limes, juiced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1# skirt steak S&P Marinate steak for 4 - 6 hours. (Marinating much longer will start to make the meat mushy!) Cook on a grill or hot pan on high heat about 4-6 minutes each side. The inside should be pink. Let the meat set about 5 minutes before cutting across the grain.
