DOG PARK LOVERS....Please make sure your dog wears a breakaway type collar or just the harness while playing at any dog park. A dog died today at MONDAUG park.... I'm heartbroken over this...for the dogs involved, their owners and anyone who witnessed this!! The two dogs were playing and one got it's mouth caught in the others Chain/choker. That cause both to panic and spin. This tightened the collar around the dog and before they could be seperated the dog wearing the chain collar sadly passed away I personally don't do dog parks with any of my dogs....but PLEASE if you do...think about all possible situations and don't think it can't happen...accidents happen...just do your best to make it a safe adventure PLEASE!!!
