The American Legion Auxiliary is sponsoring a bus trip to Atlantic City this Sunday, June 7th. The bus will leave the Legion parking lot promptly at 7 am and will depart A.C.at 6:30 p.m. The cost for the trip is $30 per person (everyone will receive at least $20 in free slot play from Resorts Casino). Tomorrow @11:00am, there will be a Memorial Day ceremony in front of the Olyphant Borough Building. All are invited to attend and honor the memory of our fallen service men and women. Thank you
Being a veteran myself, I can name so many. I am thankful for every trooper I've ever served with. SGT Brent Dunkleberger, SGT Ian Anderson, CPL Matthew Grimm, 2LT Mark Daily, SSG John Cooper, and my Grandfather SSG Joseph O'Connor...great men who have passed on to Fiddler's Green.
