Organic blackberry cassis macarons this weekend. Our macarons are baked in small batches. They are piped by hand so no two look exactly the same. After they are baked and filled, we ‘cure’ them for 24 hours so the crisp shell melds with the filling and softens just a little for the perfect balance of soft interior to crisp outer shell.
