Shout out to Scott Schell who has been shooting to hit 1000 calories in a single class! Today in Coach Krysta’s he hit that mark and exceeded it on a fierce strength day! Big shout out to Mac as well for regularly attending class with his Angel D McIntosh - Mac also joined the 1000 cal club today- all are amazing members, people and kick butt for their goals each day! Grateful always for our amazing community that goes beyond the orange lights!
