You just finished the final all out, you are gasping for breath and your muscles are shaking. The 2-3 minutes of stretching to end class is the perfect time to hold stretches while our muscles are nice and warm. We target the muscle groups that were utilized in the workout of the day for the most effective cool down... don’t forget to stretch!
