Investigation #92: Bear Creek Nature Preserve: For this investigation we checked out the backside of The Bear Creek Nature Preserve off of White Haven Road. Previously we have been to the main part of the preserve, but never this section. This section does however border The Frances Walter Dam which we have investigated previously. Not only did we see several deer, but we also came across several Bear tracks now that they are beginning to awake from hibernation. Despite the warm weather much of this area also was still covered in snow. - Jason
Investigation #91: Howland Preserve: February 14 2021: Today Michele and I spent time trekking The Howland Preserve which is located outside of Tunkhannock Pa in the Endless Mountains region of Pennsylvania. The Preserve is located along the Susquehanna River. Today we hiked their vista trail. Because of recent snows the going was tough for much of the investigation. The trail we followed had some snowshoe tracks in it but was knee deep at points. Over the course of our investigation we observed several deer bedding areas and hundreds of animal tracks that were mostly deer and rabbit. - Jason
A few years ago we investigated a rash of sightings off The Back Mountain Trail in Luzerne County. Today was just a casual stroll to get a head start on burning off the impending calories of tonight. Enjoy the game and stay safe tonight! - Jason
Some extraordinary new evidence has been circulating around the bigfoot community the last several hours! Happy Friday Everyone!
Investigation #90: Pinchot State Forest Thornhurst Tract: January 18th 2021: Hiked and investigated The Choke Creek Falls loop today in The Pinchot State Forest Thornhurst Tract. Started at The Butler Run Trail, picked up The Choke Creek Nature Trail, and looped out through The Pinchot Trail. It was absolutely gorgeous! If there are any bigfoot in the area they are lucky to get to enjoy this scenery on a daily basis. - Jason
Investigation #89: Pinchot State Forest Montage Tract. January 10th 2021: Surprise! Today Michele and I hiked a small portion of The Pinchot State Forest Montage Tract outside of Scranton and bordering The Montage Mountain Ski Resort. After driving several miles in through access roads our goal was to hike to a labeled vista overlooking Nesbit Reservoir. After parking the truck we hiked several miles out and back from our central location. Because of the high elevation there ...was still a relatively untouched snow pack from a storm that blew through last weekend. During our hike we seen hundreds of deer tracks, several deer bedding areas, and even the leftovers of a deceased deer. If there are any bigfoot in the area they have not been to this area in the past week or so. It was interesting to ponder if they would come into this area to check out the commotion of the ski resort. You are close enough to hear what is going on and see skiers way off in the distance but remain more than hidden not to be noticed. - Jason See more
Hey everyone it’s been a long 4 months and I hope everyone is doing well. I wish I could be sharing with you some positive news in regards to Bigfoot Investigations and PBI but unfortunately that’s not the case. It’s with a heavy heart I announce the indefinite hiatus of our group. The faith of our group is not in my hands and even if it was I would never want to be the person to carry on the band without it’s original core lineup. Thank you to everyone who has followed our adventures over the last 7 plus years. Not wanting to leave things on a sad note I wanted to publish one last set of photos for everyone to enjoy from a recent hike up the 7 Tubs which is part of The Pinchot State Forest. Stay Squatchy everyone and hopefully one day we’ll see you further on up the trail. - Jason
I hope everyone is doing well with the crazy times going on. Like most of you I’ve definitely been impacted by this mess. The behavioral health agency I work for temporarily shut down along with the schools. Thankfully I’ve worked at Gerritys since high school and continue to due so and they’ve graciously given me more work than I can handle to help reduce to impact. So if you happen to stop by Gerritys in Luzerne for some toilet paper and see me plugging away stocking shelves don’t be afraid to stop and say hi. I’m hoping to get out in the woods this weekend to follow up on a fresh NEPA sighting. A young man had a roadway sighting in an area we’ve had activity before. What’s even cooler is his mom had an encounter nearby 15 years earlier. In the meantime everyone stay safe and Squatchy! - Jason

So, we hear there is some "big game" today? If you go by the BFRO sightings data base for the competing states. California (49 ers) vs Missouri (Cheifs) Below is the final score, with about a 100 to 400 point O/U. Bob

Merry Christmas everyone! This is this years bigfoot presents! Apparently the village Sasquatch has been in our window Christmas village display since November without me noticing. What kind of bigfoot swag did everyone else get? - Jason
This morning I took a friend of mine for a drive to see our family property in Bear Creek that borders Game Lands 91. As soon as we got there I noticed what appears to be a stick structure. For the most part I’m ruling out a hunter and a hunting blind. It’s to small for someone to sit in and makes no sense to hide behind. It would also have to be over a week old. The snow fell last Monday and hasn’t melted with no signs of any footprints leading up to it both human and bigfoot. This is the same area Bob and I had an interaction with one a few years ago. - Jason
Non Bigfoot but good luck to my alma mater Wyoming Area tomorrow as they chase their first state championship. - Jason
