Four years ago we made the decision to start actively looking for ways to expand our business. Our ideal number was to get to 100 units over the course of the next 5 to 7 years. We started with 22 units and in June of 2017, we added a property with 16 apartments. In October of that same year we added another 16 apartments bringing us to 54 total. We were ecstatic, busier than ever and getting closer to our number!
