Yesterday a media event to discuss seat belt safety and the current Border to Border seat belt enforcement was held in Waverly. Pennsylvania State Police, New York State Police, Athens Twp police and the Bradford County Sheriffs attended the event. Thanks to all who continue to enforce seat belt usage to protect drivers and passengers.
