Companions - Below please find a copy of the decision issued by the MEGHP relating to signatures on the end of year Chapter filings. Companion Secretary, It has been brought to my attention that some Chapters are finding it difficult for committee members to examine and sign their Annual Returns and Audit due to the Pandemic. As the safety of our membership is a priority for your Grand Chapter, permission is hereby granted to have all signatures affixed electronically to thes...e documents. Annual Returns are to be completed and sent to the Most Excellent High Priest for his examination and approval. After approval is given the secretary will affix signatures and forwarded to the Grand Secretary with assessment checks. A copy of your Annual Return must be sent to your District Deputy Grand High Priest. A copy of the audit should be sent to committee members for their review. Although it is impossible for record books to be examined all questions should be referred to the secretary for clarification. When all agree signatures will be electronically affixed and the audit sent to the District Deputy Grand High Priest who will examine it and forward it to Grand Chapter. Because of the COVID restrictions, the kitchen and dining area in the Ronald McDonald House of Danville are closed. This makes finding a meal a bit more challenging for guests. Today, members of Danville RAC assembled about 20 bag lunches for the guests and delivered them to the House!

We challenged our members to get 1,000 likes for our FB page by the end of 2020. Well, it took about longer than that, but we did it! As of today, we hit 1001 likes! Please spread the word, and check back here for frequent content and updates on Grand Chapter and Local Chapter events.
