Hey folks, I apologize for my lack of communication to you via Facebook. I'm almost 82 so it doesn't "flow" freely with me, thanks for your understanding.---Anyway, Papa's shelves are bursting with fresh summer produce. Corn will soon be in mid-season form, along with homegrown tomatoes, cantaloupe, watermelon, green beans, cucumbers, zucchini etc. Local cherries should be here a bit longer along with blueberries and those wonderful SC peaches. Byler's offer a nice variety of relish, pickles, bbq sauce etc. Dry campfire wood is available by the box for 5.00. And don't pass over those wonderfully scented candles from Hearts Content Candle Co. Locally crafted by daughter Elizabeth and husband Franklin right here in Pittsfield.---Don't forget, we are closed on Sunday for rest .
