Yeah, we’re just a little busy, this is about 2/3rds of the material we need to roll through in the next month...It’s going to be a real rush to try to get these parts ran, to plating/anodizing, and shipped to our customer within the next 30 days, but we’re going to be pulling some late ones to get it done. Last weekend through this week we completed another goal for our continuous improvement plan for our facility. We finally replaced all of our inefficient molding area lighting with new LED panels. The amount of difference we are seeing from our outdated HPS lighting on output alone has been crazy. I can’t believe we waited this long to do this. Tool Break Detection is a great peace of mind for checking for broken or worn out drills prior to tapping. Setting up our Nissei PS-40 injection molding machine for our next production run. The mold base that is semi-dedicated to this machine is a DME MUD system, utilizing this system allows for cheaper molds, fast changeovers, and the ability to run a single or 2 molds at once (as long as the material, color, and additives are the same).
