Many tenants have been making significant improvements to their homes and lots recently. Dave and Anita (Lot 46) have done an incredible job with their home and their lot in a very short period of time. With their permission, we are posting some pics. Simply amazing! Great job, guys!

Dear Tenants, We have selected a contractor for the asphalt repair project. We are told that we'll be scheduled for "early to mid-July." Once that date is firmed up, we'll post the date here. Some sections of road will be completely removed and replaced with new asphalt so you may need to alter your driving path to your homes while the work is being performed. COVID-19 delayed this project but we are excited to be moving forward with repairs. We greatly appreciate your pa...tience and understanding. Please hang in there just a few more weeks... Thank you!
