Funeral Arrangements for Fran Gaspari: A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Dec. 3, 11:00am at St. Columbkill RC Church, 200 Indian Spring Road, Boyertown, PA 19512. Burial will follow in Most Blessed Sacrament RC Church Cemetery, Barto. Visitation will be Sunday from 6pm to 8pm and on Monday from 9:30am to 10:45am at the church.

Fran Gaspari Man of faith, patriarch of his family and the founder of Patriot Land Transfer, Inc. On Sunday 11/25/18 Fran departed this life surrounded by his family. With heavy hearts we make this announcement. Fran loved the Lord, his family and the people with which he conducted business. He was a title insurance professional for more than 45 years. He founded Patriot Land Transfer, Inc. in 1996 after closing another title company he co-owned. His passion in the titl...e industry was the total separation of real estate representation, lending and title insurance. Fran was able to keep his title agency independent of affiliations and marketing agreements. Being a family business, it is our intention to press on in his absence and continue with the high standards that Fran kept.
