FOREIGN LANGUAGE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE THROUGH UNIQUE UNIVERSITY PARK PROGRAM If you or fellow students need to fulfill the PSU foreign language requirement and would be interested in taking a class with up to 90% of the tuition covered by a scholarship, please check into the Summer Language Institute at Penn State's University Park campus. Federally funded scholarships are now available for students to study at Penn State's STARTALK Arabic Academy from June 18 to July 13 ...at University Park. Students can earn 4 credits for ARAB 001 in just four weeks of intensive learning, which includes enjoyable, twice-weekly cultural immersion sessions. You may also be able to take 002 and 003 level courses through the institute as well, though further research would be needed to see if scholarships would be available for intermediate and advanced level courses. Students can also apply for a scholarship to study Chinese, Korean, Russian, or Portuguese. Summer session beginner-level courses start Monday, June 11.
