Squad 65 with the Chief and a full crew covering 86 (Skippack) while they operate full company assist with 76 (Towamencin) on a dwelling.

65 along with crews from 37, 38, 71, Bucks 58, Berks 58 and 369 were dispatched for a dwelling in Upper Hanover Township. Chief 65’s report of a header from 2 miles out brought additional units and tankers. His arrival found heavy fire at the rear of the building. Squad 65 with Lieutenant Belmont and a crew of 5 laid 5 from the end of the driveway and went in service with three 1-3/4 hand lines knocking the fire down. ... Engine 38 established a water supply by picking up the 5 at the driveway feeding Squad 65. Additional crews assisted with suppression, overhaul and wrapping things up.

Wednesday night at 10:30 pm MTVFC was dispatched to the Pennsylvania Turnpike for an auto extrication with fire. Assistant 57 (Sink) and Chief 57 (Butler) arri...ved on scene and confirmed a tractor trailer fire spanning North and South bound and negative entrapment. Multiple crews went in service utilizing the 3 inch leader line to extinguish the fire while other companies assisted with a large diesel spill. Department went available at 2:30 am. Thanks to all the departments that assisted and covered our first due!

It is with a heavy hearts that the Pennsburg Fire Company announces the passing of Fire Police Officer and Life Member Brenda Koder (FP65-6) on Tuesday December 22, 2020. Brenda joined the PFC in 1993 as a fire police officer. During her tenur with the company she also held positions such as Executive Secretary to the PFC and Secretary/Treasurer of the Fire Police. Brenda always brought smiles to everyones faces. Thankfully there are so many great memories of Brenda and she w...ill live on with all members. Brenda is survived by her Husband, Firefighter Ralph Koder, Daughters Miranda and MaKenna and son Matthew. We ask that you respect the Koder Family in their time of mourning. We will share service details once made available to us. Rest Easy Brenda, you will be missed dearly.

It comes with much sadness that in following along with CDC and local health guidelines that the traditional PFC Santa Tour for 2020 has been canceled. We would like to wish our community a Happy and Healthy Christmas season and we look forward to escorting Santa around town in 2021.

The officers and members of the Pennsburg Fire Company wish to express a very heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out today to pay their respects to Larry and his family. The outpouring of support was greatly appreciated. The incredible attendance was a true testament to how amazing of a person Larry was and how many lives he as touched. This day would not have been possible wIthout our extended families from Coopersburg Fire Rescue East Greenville Fire Company, Red Hill Volunteer Fire Company, Green Lane Fire Company, Hereford Volunteer Fire Company Inc., Upper Perk Police Department, PSP Skippack Trooper Slonaker and many more fire companies from the surrounding area. We are truly grateful for your support!!
