Professor Robert Sampson first presented this work on immigration, crime, and urban redevelopment to the SSPF 2014 conference on immigration and metropolitan revitalization. It will appear in longer form in the Penn SSPF volume on immigration and urban revitalization edited by Thomas Sugrue and Domenic Vitiello.
