This week is commencement for our LL.M. students from Azerbaijan, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Germany, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Tanzania, Tunisia, and Turkey--and so we raise the flag of your host country: your HOME over the past year. We salute you--and your fellow alumni--for your tremendous accomplishments (and this year, more difficult than in recent memory). And, we thank you for making Penn State Law, Penn State University, State College, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States of America a better place. WE ARE all better because you were here--and you will always have a HOME here. Congratulations, all!
