Sautéed shrimp.. it's what's for lunch today... thaw and peel shrimp, heat olive oil and a pat of butter in pan, add thin sliced garlic and onion, add shrimp, salt, pepper and I added French herbs.. cook few minutes until shrimp are done..I served this with a homemade remoulaude sauce... 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, minced onion or onion powder, curry powder, parsley, garlic powder and honey all to taste...I saved the shrimp shells to make shrimp stock... forgot the couple drops of hot sauce to the remoulaude
