Sidra Capital acquired a 90% ownership stake in Arborcrest Corporate Campus, an 855,600-square-foot suburban office campus spanning five buildings in northern Philadelphia. The purchase price equates to approximately $290 per square foot. Despite all the negative news out there, this is very positive for the office market and it shows what premium properties are worth!
