This is a meal prep for a men that is trying to gain lean muscle throughout an extremely healthy variety of foods. He gives me his macros from his trainer, I shop for him and cook meals for seven days. Love to see results, enjoining his process and I feel like his success is also my growth. I am inspired watching bodies changing and health improvements. I feel so grateful for my work!

New study in Lancet, article in Time magazine " In one of the most comprehensive studies to date looking at how diet affects health and mortality, researcher...s led by a team at McMaster University report that rather than lowering fat, more people might benefit from lowering the amount of carbohydrates they eat. In a study published in the #Lancet, they found that people eating high quantities of carbohydrates, which are found in breads and rice, had a nearly 30% higher risk of dying during the study than people eating a low-carb diet. And people eating high-fat diets had a 23% lower chance of dying during the study’s seven years of follow-up compared to people who ate less fat."
I'm in my happy place! Food is prepped for the next three days (except for my omelette in the morning, because I'll make that fresh). I have once again revamped... my nutrition-- remember how I was waiting til after the competition to start following my metabolic testing? Well, screw it. I'm starting now! If that means that I might not look as good in my teeny bikini on stage, then so be it! There's nothing I love more than learning what works best for me and what makes my body feel it's best and run its best. I've teamed up with Chalene Johnson and Sagi Kalev to combine their expert knowledge into learning how my body operates at its most efficient! The next three weeks will be VERY telling.
