Pittsburgh Business Exchange members - Armina Stone are looking to add to their team! They are looking for qualified candidates for a Countertop Sales Associate position. Armina Stone is the area’s largest Granite, Quartz and Marble fabrication company and is looking for a few good people to join our sales team. Soon we will be opening a new showroom in Cranberry Township and have open positions in Cheswick and Cranberry. We are building a team of self-motivated energetic ind...ividuals to manage their own jobs throughout the day with minimum management interference. Armina is known in the area as a company with the highest standards of work and an undisputed reputation for Customer Service. And we are growing at an impressive pace. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Provide exceptional customer service by assessing our client's needs and assisting them with product selection, quoting and following the order to completion. Administrate our commercial customers web portals, downloading new orders, reporting updates, and uploading job completion forms. Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion Assist walk-in customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Three years sales experience of countertop sales experience Must have an aptitude for calculations (measurements, structure supports, discounts, etc.) Must possess knowledge of countertop materials and cabinetry and appliances structure. Strong computer skills required, working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Stone Profits System Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member Ability to work 9:00am 7:00 pm Monday through Friday (and rotating Saturdays 10 am 4 pm) Valid Driver’s License Criminal Background Check Pre-employment Drug Screen COMPENSATION AND MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE: Annual base salary plus commission Employee healthcare 401(k) with company match.
