Patient present with low back pain, was recently diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension. Upon examination had decreased reflexes in the lower legs. After exam I performed adjustment and consult on nutritional deficiencies. After treatment restored neurological reflexes. Good case here.

Patient presents with fatigue, muscle soreness, heart palpitations, headaches, dizziness, and decreased coordination. After examination and laboratory findings was diagnosed with Epstein-Barr Virus stage 3, that is associated neurologically to Lyme Disease. Treatment has been effective and resolving over the past month. Peer Review Case Study has began and publishing soon.
