It’s with heavy hearts that we report the passing of District Chief Jeff Meyer. Jeff was a long time Crew Chief at Medic 8 before his promotion to District Chief. Jeff fought a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer for the past 22 months. He taught all of us how to handle adversity with dignity and grace. Rest easy my friend, we will take from here and you will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jeff’s family.
