"Our world is in crisis because of the absence of consciousness. And so to whatever degree any one of us can bring back a small piece of the picture and contrib...ute it to the building of the new paradigm, then we participate in the redemption of the human spirit, and that after all is what it’s really all about." - Terence McKenna See more

Coronavirus is officially a pandemic. I have made the decision to shut the office down at close of business on Tuesday 3/17/2020 until 4/5/2020. These next few weeks are crucial in terms of trying to limit and flatten the spread of the virus. I want you to know, it has been a really difficult decision on how to best serve you and our communities.... If you wish to be seen before I cease operations on Tuesday evening, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. If you are not feeling well, or are not comfortable coming into the office, also please let me know ASAP. There are other ways I can help. We can do phone or video consults where I can provide advice. I will also be utilizing two trusted custom compounding pharmacies to make and ship Chinese herbal formulas. In the meantime, here are some reminders about how to keep yourself healthy during this time Get your sleep! This is a proven way to keep your immune system strong. With the weather getting nicer, go outside and get some sunshine. Hydrate Don’t forget to breathe! It is easy to get caught up in all in panic happening around us. Using breath to settle your mind and nervous system. Try a 4 second inhalation, 4 second holding of the breath, and then a 4 second exhalation. If you do this for a few minutes you will definitely feel calmer. Hang in there. If we all pull together with community based recommendations, we can significantly impact the spread.
