Here are the New Rules for Real Estate in Pennsylvania! from the Governor.

The Governor has let Real Estate Start up again in Pennsylvania! There are some rules we ALL need to follow in order to proceed. So if you are ready to Buy or Sell a house you can call me now! I'm ready!

Hi future Home Buyers! By now you are likely climbing the walls while not able to work and sheltering in place with kids and loved ones. Cabin fever kick in yet? Well, let me help you find a new cabin! I'm sure you have noticed that the internet hasn't really changed much in the last month ... when it comes to looking at houses online. Unfortunately Realtors can only work from home and can't meet up with buyers or sellers. Some agents are doing virtual listings and some buyers are actually buying houses by only seeing a video of the house! How crazy is that! I don't think I would recommend this. That's like buying a used car without driving it! Who does that! Since I am not in the office, I am working from home like most of us. I am here for you if you have any questions or need me! There are no stupid questions, so don't be afraid to ask. I'm here to help. Realtors are hoping to be able to work very soon and are preparing to get real estate moving again. I have many buyers getting ready to get properties but have a lot of questions like: Can I buy if I was laid off? I was furloughed, will that affect me buying? How long until I can buy if and when I get back to work? Will my old pre-approval still work? Will the higher mortgage rates affect me buying now?
