Monday through Saturday from 5 am we do only one thing in our private gym. We have reserve parking for our clients, locker rooms with private showers and bathrooms, cardio theater and enough gym equipment to train even clients who want to compete in Olympics. And we only work with one person at a time with no one else on the gym floor. And then we have the trainer who make things happen.

Six days a week from 5 am we start doing one trainer one client personal training here in our full scale private gym. Not open to public as a gym selling memberships or doing classes. Since the day we open 21 years ago we have only done no one else in our gym but client and trainer training. Between each client all equipment are cleaned and this has always been our standard before COVID-19. For people who want privacy and want to work with a trainer who gets real results we are here.

Good Morning Everyone, I hope everyone is well. I spoke to Bensalem School District Superintendent Dr. Sam Lee yesterday. Some of our members had questions conc...erning the Bensalem Schools and I thought Sam would be the right person to ask to come on Friday to tell us what is going on with the Bensalem Schools. So, this Friday at our Zoom meeting / Friday morning breakfast at the Golden Corral 1465 Street Rd we will have Dr Sam Lee tell us what will be changing at the schools. We start at 7:30 am every Friday morning and meeting officially starts at 8 am and we wrap up at 9 am normally. We also have the information on our web site. All proceeds from this go to our local food drive at PCC. You do not have to hike to donate to them if you like. We as a group are here for each other. We try to help each other in any way we can. If the local food bank is running low, we will try to figure out something to help them out. If you are looking for personal training and do not want to deal with typical gyms call us. We do one trainer one client in full scale gym with no one else using gym. We are a private gym that for the last 20 years has only been doing one on one personal training this way. We are set up to deal with COVID-19 Pandemic as this is what we have been doing. All equipment gets wiped down between each client already. No one is using the gym but you and the trainer. So social distan...ce is not an issue. No one gets in our place without an appointment for a private personal training session or a free evaluation to start. It all starts with a call to come in for a evaluation 215-245-0802. We charge $540 for 4 weeks or 12 sessions what ever comes first. And $100 for initiation to start. We also do package prices of 10,20 or 30 sessions that cost more. Concept is simple. Full scale gym that only does one on one personal training by appointment. Meaning one trainer is working with one client at a time in our gym. WE NEVER ALLOW people to use our gym to just come in to workout like a public gym. Been doing it this way since we open in 2000. Not going to change our formula as this is what we believe works best for us and our clients. Yes, we have massage therapist that people can make an apt to see at our place. ... No we do not have classes or offer other services. Yes we love to work with other ACE Certified seasoned trainers who want to work as independent contractors.
