Farragut SA will have their ceremony at 5.00PM and Neshaminy Harbor YC ceremony is 6.00PM. Attached are flyers with more info - Also, I know DRYL Recording Secretary Jim Morrissey will be sending out meeting notices on the Delegate Meeting on June 1st at Bordentown YC - meeting is set to start 8.00 - refreshments only at this meeting.

Little PFD history on the Delaware . The once mighty Bernard Samuel ,which protected both side of the Delaware, sits in retirment with a future unkown . The Ber...nard Samuel was built 1948 ,by the R.T.C. Shipbuilding Co. of Camden NJ. It had 4 1500 GPM pumps for a total output of 6000 GPM . It was 70' in lenght,19' beam ,with a 24' retactable tower . Followed in 1950 with two more boats ,the Delaware and the Ben Franklin ,both from R.T.C. Enjoy ! See more

The Bulgarian ocean rowing boat NEVEREST landed successfully in Barbados (Carribean islands) at 12pm local time today, October 6, 2020, after traveling 4,444 na...utical myles (8,230 kilometers) in 105 days at sea. It stopped for 9 days in Lanzerote (Canary islands), so that the rowers Maxim Ivanov and Stefan Ivanov could repair the autopilot system and several leaking storage compartments of the boat which they had built for this expedition. When they set off from Portimo, Portugal on June 14, 2020, Max was only 16 years and 293 days old, which makes him the World’s youngest ocean rower who has successfully crossed an ocean according to the official records of the Ocean Rowing Society. This is the First ocean rowing expedition for Bulgaria. This is also the First crossing of the Atlantic ocean east to west by an ocean rowing boat during the hurricane season (July - October). Българската океанска гребна лодка NEVEREST пристигна благополучно в Барбадос (Карибски острови) в 12:00ч местно време днес, 6-ти октомври, 2020г. след като премина 4,444 морски мили (8,230 километра) за 105 дни в океана. Лодката прави една спирка за още 9 дни на остров Ланзероте, (Канарски острови), за да могат гребците Максим Иванов и Стефан Иванов, да ремонтират авто-пилотната система и течовете в няколко складови помещения на плавателния съд, който са построили сами за целта на експедицията. Когато отплават на 14 юни 2020г. от Портимао, Португалия, Макс е само на 16 години и 293 дни, което го прави ,,Най-младия океански гребец в света успешно прекосил океан според официалния регистър на океански гребни експедиции на Ocean Rowing Society Това плаване е ,,Първата океанска гребна експедиция за България. Това е и ,,Първото прекосяване на Атлантическия океан с гребна лодка от изток на запад през сезона на ураганите (юли - октомври).
