In the first photo where there is an empty space, used to be a 50 year old Richmond Boiler. We removed the old Boiler and installed a brand new Westinghouse Premium Gas Boiler in the rear of the basement. This new boiler is 95.6% efficient and qualifies for the PGW rebate of $1,500. Winter is right around the corner is your furnace ready for the winter?
