good morning crew! reminder that you get an extra hour to sleep in thanks to the end of Daylight Saving Time! Lehla will kick us off on the livestream today at 10 a.m. Rain may require us to move Timaree's DPBC indoors. We'll make the call by 11.

We already started celebrating Halloween at Philly Dance Fitness, but we still have some more frighteningly fantastic tricks up our sleeve! . ALL WEEK- Tune into our livestream & DVR classes for some fun Halloween inspired choreo and tunes! (Class featured in video is Jazz Fusion 10/21 with Lee-Ann) TONIGHT- Frisky Friday Tricks & Treats with Deborah at 8:30pm (only virtual tickets left) ... Thursday Oct. 29th- Cardio in the Park Monster Mash Up with Deborah at 6pm (kids welcome!) Friday Oct. 30th- Halloween Hip Hop Dance Party with Ricky at 7pm. This will include a taping of the 'flash mob'. Can't wait to see you there!
