Catch wrestling tomorrow at 10:00AM, with some weapons practice at noon. Working on a new curriculum for the new year, and we have some fun stuff planned!

Interesting write up on strikes used in Bartitsu, a "Victorian-era MMA" of sorts. If you like modern martial arts that pull from many different sources and styles, Bartitsu is a fun rabbit hole to go down. Catch wrestling tomorrow morning at 10:00, followed by an open mat at 11:00, and some weapons training at noon.

Interesting read on Viking Axes. This, along with more in-depth study of the messer and some more Ringen, is one of the things we'd like to look at when we return on December 3rd. Hope to see everyone then!
