Yet another milestone marked off the list! Yesterday, I visited a few of my Clients at their active sites to check-in and drop off some *OFFICIAL* Philly Kelsey & Co. cooling towels (let me know if you want some too)! With CoVid, there have been very few opportunities since March to visit any sites or Clients in person in order to stay within the guidelines of Social Distancing. I got to meet Earl of McNair and Sons for the first time and walk through one of his properties th...at we filed a complete demolition permit for together. Demolition sites are extremely valuable, so during these visits, I scout for materials of value that we can remove intact by the method of deconstruction potentially resulting in $100s to $millions in tax deductions for the property owner. Kudos to my steel-toed boots for doing their job - this would NOT have been the place to just drop by without the proper equipment!
