Philly Moms of Multiples

Philly Moms of Multiples is a weekly education support group dedicated to moms of multiple babies and toddlers. The multiples class is a unique program because it exclusively addresses common issues that arise in families with twins, triplets, etc. and strategies to overcome and avoid these issues. This is an opportunity to meet other mothers, share and discuss a variety of issues and interact with your babies. Topics discussed will include tips for feeding and developing h...ealthy sleeping patterns with multiples (of course!), as well as tips for baby proofing, bath time, child development and encouraging individuality amongst multiples, potty training, soothing fussiness and tantrums, post-partum depression, self-care, returning to work, child-care and much more. The Multiples and Moms classes will be run by Carrie Spilecki. Carrie brings her background in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis along with her 10-month-old twin daughters to the group. She is eager to discuss behavioral strategies and techniques in working with multiples. The classes will be held Wednesdays between 12-1:30 and the Drop-In rate will be $20 per class.
