Abby and her team at Philly Property Group are indispensable. Really, I could stop there and that would sum it all up - truly indispensable to the process.... But if I left it at that, you might think it's hyperbole or over the top praise from a newbie to the game. Have you ever had a steak or sashimi that made you realize that every other bite of steak or sashimi you had before that was just one of the same until now. That was my experience before Abby and the Philly Property Group. I've bought and sold investment properties and family homes for 20 years. In that time, I've had the displeasure of working with real estate agents with whom it obvious that I was just another number. A target to hit to sell another house. And frankly. Fine. Whatever. Apparently that's how the industry is, so i started to think of agents as just another commodity, like they thought of me. Symbiotic, but not engaged. Then...Abby and the Philly Property Group. And everything changed. Hyperbolic? Nope! Read on :) My wife and I wanted to buy a home. I rolled my eyes when she wanted to find a buyers agent. Sure, in *theory* they have your best interest at heart...but. Come on. Like I said, we would be just another buck. We met Abby randomly and found out she was in the real estate industry. So...fine. I'm pretty sure that on our first house tour I point blank talked about how most agents just throws bunch of listings at you, or even worse (and more common) they set up an auto email from the MLS to send generic listings to you (like I can't see the same dang thing on Zillow). When there was a problem or a hiccup, which there are ALWAYS bound to be when buying or selling a home, Abby never shrugged her shoulders; she always rolled up her proverbial sleeves and called / talked to / emailed / followed up until whatever the problem was, was fixed. ...."
