Job Overview: Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe and effective manner. Training will be provided to equip each driver with the education and tools to be successful. Each driver will be provided daily route assignments and a designated Amazon branded cargo van with GPS. 10 hour shifts. Job Qualifications: -Minimum 1 year of delivery driver/package delivery (Preferred) -Minimum 2 years of driving experience (Preferred) -Minimum 21 years of age (Required) -Must pass 10 year criminal background check and 7 year motor vehicle record check -Must bring Up-To-Date Motor Vehicle Report and valid driver's license to interview -Must pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening (Required) -State Issued Valid Driver’s License (Required) -Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) -Able to climb stairs while carrying packages Typical start time: -8:45 AM Delivery Location Type: -Residential -Commercial Goods Delivered: -Fragile items -Food, plants, or other perishables -Misc.
