PHYSIO412 is now open for in-person appointments Dear Physio412 community, It's been a while since we could see you for in-person appointments and we've missed you. While we love telehealth and the ability to care for you virtually, sometimes you need some hands-on help. We've got you!... We are now able to offer in-person appointments in your home or onsite at our clinic in O'Hara Township. We will continue to wear masks and practice proper CDC precautions, as your safety is our number one priority. If you would like to continue your appointments with telehealth, we are more than happy to do so. Thank you so much for sticking with us. We look forward to caring for you during these challenging times.

While Physical Therapy is not mentioned under the current guidelines coming from Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf that all non-essential businesses are mandated to close, Physical Therapists have a duty to "first do no harm" and to "weigh the risks of providing care versus not." With this in mind and an abundance of caution, Physio412 has made the decision to move all Physical Therapy appointments to Virtual Appointments, or Telehealth at this time. With this mode of delivery, ...we are able to ensure a greater level of health and safety while still receiving quality care. All you need is a laptop, tablet or phone with video capabilities. We will send you a link to your phone and email that you can click to join the appointment. We can discuss your physical therapy issue, problem solve what is challenging or painful and go through exercises. Usually these visits will be between 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you are a current patient or a new patient looking for a safe place to receive care, please reach out to us with any questions. You can call or text 412-527-4331, email [email protected] or visit our website http://www.physio412.com. There is an option to book through the booking button as well. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones amid these uncertain times.

Physio412 to see patients via Telehealth While physical therapy is not mentioned under the current guidelines coming from Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf that all non-essential businesses are mandated to close, Physical Therapists have a duty to "first do no harm" and to "weigh the risks of providing care versus not." With this in mind and an abundance of caution, Physio412 has made the decision to move all physical therapy appointments to virtual appointments, also known as... telehealth, at this time. With this mode of delivery, we are able to ensure you a greater level of health and safety while receiving quality care. All you need is a laptop, tablet, or phone with video capabilities so that you can see us and we can see you during the appointment. We will send a link to your phone and email that you can click to join the appointment. You will not need to download any additional software. We can discuss your physical therapy issue, problem solve what is challenging or painful, and go through exercises. Usually these visits will be between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Physio412 is a fee-for-service provider, meaning that you pay upfront for services received. If you have an HSA or FSA you can pay for your telehealth appointments and packages with these accounts. If you are looking for reimbursement by your insurance provider for fees paid upfront, we encourage you to call your insurer and ask if they will reimburse physical therapy that is provided through telehealth. While historically, telehealth has not been a service covered in our region, the regulations are changing daily given our current circumstances. If you are a current patient or a new patient looking for a safe place to receive care, please reach out to us with any questions that you may have. You can call or text 412-527-4331, email [email protected] or visit our website physio412.com (http://www.physio412.com) . Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones amid these uncertain times.
