HAPPY DAY FRIENDS!!! This week marks 4 years of being in business, serving locals and out of state visitors, and being part of so many families bringing pierogi home for holidays and gatherings. I am thankful for the opportunity, it truly has been a blessing! Thank you to all of our customers & friends! This week, there are 2 new varieties, requested by customers-- and I have been inspired by trying a new food for myself that I was not very familiar with, Tandoori Ch...icken, all homemade along with the cucumber mint raita-- may have added a pinch too much of cayenne but still really tasty for 1st time making it. I am open to cultural food suggestions to see if they work as pierogi filling-- thinking of doing a once a month, flavors of the world to celebrate the beautiful diversity that makes up our American society. As posted yesterday-- we are offering shipping temporarily...however-- wanted to add-- as long as we can open for curbside-- you can also pre-order frozen or unprepared pierogi for pick up-- pre-ordering will reduce waiting time & we can have order ready for pick-up. Hello Friends! I sincerely hope you all are well & staying safe during these difficult times. We are now temporarily going to offer shipping of frozen pierogi... You MUST order through EMAIL at [email protected] Limited varieties only: plain potato, cheesy potato, onion potato & cheesy onion potato for now-- however they can be altered to dairy free granted vegan cheese is available-- stocked on vegan butter. Minimum of 2 dozen to ship-- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE F...OR SHIPPING & HANDLING. I am including estimated price per dozen...with that included: regular pierogi varieties will be set at $28/dozen & Vegan at $30/dozen...once I recieve order by email-- I will send you an invoice through SQUARE. All oders recieved by Wed 12 noon will be shipped by Thursday...orders for Easter-- order by Tuesday April 7 by 12 noon to assure delivery by End of week for Easter. Right now-- stone building may open only for curbside pick-up, Thurs-Sat...NO customers will be permitted to enter building...this all may change-- menu will be limited and if open-- I will provide number for orders...hours will be adjusted for us-- probably 10am-4pm...details to follow closer to Thursday. I was so very excited for this week since I expanded our menu & everything tastes so good! But-- today definitely came w some challenges--1 being the menu-- it wasn't posted since it fell & broke however-- the food did not Kielbasa is BACK on the menu, homemade haluski (cabbage, egg noodles & onion) & homemade rosol -- Polish Chicken Soup-- the broth is made w: chicken, beef bone, leek, celery, carrots, onion, parsnips, cabbage, bay leaves & is OH SO GOOD! & homemade apple filling for kolaczki! Mini apple pierogi are also on this week's menu. Make today great & even when it's hard-- remember-- it is also how we handle the challenges life throws at us.
