Tonight’s sold out Date Night Big Green Egg class was We miss big events too but these classes are fun! Great food, tips & techniques and product specials just for attendees! Tonight’s menu was beer cheese dip ( thanks for the brew Voodoo Brewery Homestead) , beer mussels with bacon & crusty bread, tomato basil salad, filet Oscar sourced local from Elluinger's Meats with grilled asparagus & bone marrow mashed potatoes and a yummy bread pudding with brown butter bourbon sauce!
