Let's face it, 2020 has been a very difficult year. However, despite all the sadness, uncertainty, and anger that has been so pervasive over the past 11 months, we have so much to be grateful for. We are so very thankful for each and every one of you for trusting us and bearing with us during the challenges that quarantine presented us. Our office was forced to develop new ways of doing business due to the challenges thrust upon us by Covid and by the restrictions that we ...faced as our community tried to stop the spread of the disease. Despite it all, we survived and we are still here because of the fact that our clients continued to trust us and, for that, we thank you. From our family to yours, we wish each and everyone one of you a healthy, safe, and happy Thanksgiving. We will be closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in observance of Thanksgiving Day.

Lately we've heard variations on the question "how do you handle custody situations if one parent is a healthcare worker and possibly exposed to COVID-19 everyday?" Our approach has always remained the same: by asking parents to identify their concerns, whether there is anything that can be done to alleviate them, and developing a plan of action based off of those answers. In helping us understand the reasons behind your concerns, you play a more active, involved and informed role in your custody matter. In accordance with Secretary Levine's Order, ALL visitors and clients must wear a mask when visiting our office.
