ATF’s Final Rule Change, ATF 41-F, affecting 27 CFR 479.11, 479.62-479.63, 479.84-479.85, and 479.90. The new regulations will amend the ATF Form 1 (for making a NFA firearm such as a SBR) and Form 4 (for acquiring a NFA device such as a suppressor) to require an FBI fingerprint card and a 2 x 2 current photo for each Responsible Person listed on a Trust, Partnership, Corporation, or Other Entity applicant.
