Self care is in the forefront of my mind. Just remember that self care is not selfish. We won't be good for anyone else unless we take care of ourselves first. Watch for many self care tips to stay healthy during this trying time. Most are not expensive. Some will be just positive affirmation. While others may require a little work on your part. Hydration is key to a healthy immune system. One of my favorites it to make infused water. It's so simple to do. You don't need an infusion pitcher. You can do it in a mason jar. However, many fruits, cucumbers and fresh herbs have detoxing, immunity boosting and anti-oxidant properties. The one I did has strawberries, ginger and lemon.
