Thank You for a Fantastic First Day! We Appreciate Your Support as We Emerge from the COVID-19 Shutdown. During the shut down, we did get quite a few product requests and inquiries on Facebook via message. As time allows, we will review the questions and see if we can answer better now that Planet Earth Gallery is up and running again. Meanwhile, if you have any questions about our product, price, availability, please call 570-620-9599 between 10am and 6pm for a quick and efficient answer. Facebook is not the best venue for an immediate answer on product. We aren't always paying attention but do answer questions as soon as possible. Thank You Again! Monday Morning, June 1st @ 10am is Reopening Day! We are excited to open our doors and welcome you all back. As per the COVID-19 mitigation guidelines (now in the Yellow Phase for Monroe County) set forth by the CDC and enforced by the state of PA, we will be complying to the standards set forth, so please, wear a mask when visiting Planet Earth Gallery, do not enter if feeling symptomatic, stay 6 feet away from staff and other guests. Depending on the flow of traffic and o...ur capacity restrictions, we may have to periodically ask people to wait outside until current guests are finished. Since we don't know what to expect during this time period, we'll have to decide if the store is too full to maintain social distancing as the day progresses. If you arrive without a mask, you will be asked to purchase a disposable mask for $0.99 (not for sale otherwise). We have a hand sanitizer station set up by the entry. We have installed a plexiglass barrier @ the check out area and by the mineral case. We may adjust our presentation and measures as the days unfold depending on the reopening learning experience. We appreciate the group effort to keep us all safe. If you aren't able to meet the current requests, we ask you to wait until the restrictions are lifted to visit. Please respect the space we all share and the requests staff and customers may have to remind anyone who may momentarily forget the social distancing guidelines during the visit. In other words, please be aware of your surroundings while shopping and don't get upset if someone has to remind you of the new guidelines. We all need a little help sometimes. Planet Earth Gallery is a peaceful place to visit and we truly hope to maintain such an atmosphere. Hopefully this entire event will be completely in the past soon.
