Weighing in at 56,300 lbs, 10 feet 6 inches tall, and 33 feet 6 inches in length, we are proud to announce our new little arrival.

Funeral details for past Fire Chief Kenneth Clousher. A memorial service will be held beginning at 10AM on Wednesday, December 23 at the Pleasant Hill Volunteer Fire Company Carnival Grounds (please enter at 3003 Baltimore Pike, Hanover, PA). The public is invited to pay their respects. Due to the weather, you may remain in your car. The service will be broadcast over AM/FM radio. Graveside service is private.... Any fire department wishing to send apparatus, please contact Abbey Hampton at 717-825-1629. Please have your apparatus at the fire station by 9am. We plan on having a sea of blue during the service. Again the family and fire company wishes to thank everyone for their support during this difficult time.

This past weekend the Crew from 52 along with members of Carroll County Station 4, Manchester, co-hosted a Rapid Intervention Team RIT Class. This class provided specialized training to rescue our own firefighters when interior conditions deteriorate unexpectedly. During the two-day course firefighters participated in exercises which reinforced scene size-up, techniques for locating and removing trapped and injured firefighters, advanced forcible entry techniques with emphasis on structure collapse, and firefighter survival techniques. We would like to thank Manchester Station 4 for providing the acquired structure and our instructors for excellent two day learning experience.

Please enter at the fire station driveway (3003 Baltimore Pike, where you would enter for our carnival). Upon arrival, you will be asked how many quarts of pot pie you would like to purchase. You will be given a ticket for each quart of beef pot pie you order. Quarts of pot pie are $7.00 each. ... Please note that once you are in line to get your pot pie, you WILL NOT be able to change the quantity that you order! You may begin lining up at 10:30am.
