Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital 08.07.2021

Dear Clients, COVID-19 Updates: The health and safety of our clients, their pets, and our staff remain our number one priority. We will continue to remain open during the COVID-19 outbreak unless forced to close. In consideration of recommendations from federal, states, and local agencies regarding social distancing to prevent spread of COVID-19, our concierge curbside protocol implemented will remain in place for our hospital.... ***Modified Business Hours: closing 6pm instead of 8pm While our hospital remains open, we do have modified business hours and protocol: we are closing at 6pm Monday through Thursday instead of 8pm for now. Friday and Saturday will remain the same, and our doors will be locked for concierge curbside appointments. ***Concierge Curbside Protocol: For all appointments: You must call ahead for an appointment. We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time. Once you have arrived to our parking lot, please call to let us know you have arrived and we will talk you through the rest of the process. Once our staff is ready for you, we will meet you in the parking lot and escort your pet into the building using our own sanitized hospital leashes. We will be wearing a mask for your protection and ask that you also do the same for our protection An exam will be performed, and our doctors will then call to discuss exam findings and treatment recommendations over the phone. Payment will be processed over the phone. Your pet will be returned to you with any medications required. For euthanasia/quality of life exams: Upon arrival, please call from your vehicle. We will obtain any health concerns over the phone. If you are NOT sick (any respiratory symptoms cough, difficulty breathing, fever, etc), we will ask you to wear a mask and you will be escorted directly into an exam room with your pet. For medicine/food pick up: Please call ahead with what you need refilled so we have it available upon your arrival. Upon arrival, please call from your vehicle. Payment will be processed over the phone. We will meet you wearing a mask at the front door with your products and would ask you to also being wearing a mask for us. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time. We are striving to do our best to meet our patients’ and clients’ needs while keeping us all as safe and healthy as possible. Keep in mind this is an ever-changing situation, and changes may occur on a day-to-day basis. Please watch out for further updates. Thank you for your understanding, The Doctors and Staff of Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital
