Last week Coach Paul Leonard had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of getting some more FaceTime with his client Richard! It was Rich’s 9 week checkin and it was time for a catch-up. Over the 9 weeks Rich has lost 10lb and gained a fantastic balance of life! Lighter and leaner than before whilst adopting a Really Flexible Diet, he has actually had his lowest average checkin weight today (week 10) yet he’s kinda in maintenance! He loves the macro ranges he’s been working in, loves the hi...gher calorie weekend flexibility allowing him and Robyn to go eat out and to a few breweries. Complete flexibility and a very ‘lifestyled’ approach. Paul talked about the fact he didn’t feel he needed to carry on working with PLT He’s in a great place, he’s lean, he feels great, he’s enjoying complete flexibility. Paul talked to him about he could go further but he didn’t feel the juice was worth the squeeze and that life’s just great for him right now! Heck he’s almost coaching himself right now! Happy Sunday We live hectic lives, all of us. Whether due to our careers, our family lives, social lives, our fitness schedules or all of it combined, we push hard, drive with great purpose. Many don’t come up for air and there is often a price to pay for that; finding balance is imperative. Whether it’s on Sunday or midweek when you have some time to yourself, carve out some time just for you. Put it in your schedule like you would your kids’ activities or your work... meetings, because it’s just as important. YOU are just as important. Find that nugget of time and do something that brings you some sense of peace. Meditate, read, go for a walk, listen to some music, do a workout uninterrupted if that is what brings you joy and peace; there is no strict definition here, do what makes you feel rejuvenated and well in yourself What do you do to recharge? Our client Mike has lost 45 pounds and is looking and feeling AMAZING! Mike is a busy husband, dad, and grandpa.
