It's Giving Tuesday...please consider donating to PMHC! https://pmhccares.org/ (donate button is on the home page)
Dear Friends, Philadelphia Mental Health Center has provided mental health services to those who could not afford or access treatment since 1953. Our mission continues in 2020 to provide behavioral health services to children and elderly during this most challenging of times. The pandemic has meant that people need more services, are less able to afford them, and are unable to travel for services. We are reaching our families differently. Through telehealth PMHC has continued... to serve our most fragile population, children with special needs, especially Autism, from economically fragile areas in Philadelphia. We provide psychiatric, psychological services and therapy sessions, all through telehealth. We were just awarded a COVID-19 grant to expand our services to include pediatric medicine and are asking for your help us launch this unique project. $399.00 buys a Digital stethoscope $299.00 buys a Digital otoscope $200.00 Rapid Flu kit $ 99.00 buys a Rapid Strep Kit $50.00 pays for one intake session for a child $25.00 pays for one box of protective masks With this project our children will be able to see a pediatrician from their home! Our program eliminates the long wait time for medical appointments and provides the ability to follow shelter in place orders due to COVID-19. All donors will have the option to be listed on our Donors Walls and acknowledged on all our social media platforms and company website. Donations are eligible for tax credits. Please help us start our integrative health model for children. Any donation is appreciated! To donate: www.Paypal.me/PMHC1235 Kerey Parnes CEO Philadelphia Mental Health Center
We're honored to share that PMHC has received a PHL COVID-19 Fund grant. A collaboration between @PhillySJUnited, @PhiladelphiaFoundation, and @cityofphiladelphia, the PHL COVID-19 Fund is providing financial assistance to nonprofits like ours during the #coronavirus crisis.... Thank you to all the contributors for your support during this time.
