A film production company will be shooting in the area on June 13-16th and is in need of an older looking farm for recreations. The company would be interested in renting the farm property for three days at a rate of $2000 per day. They are fully insured and budgeted and the crew is small with a maximum of 15 people on the busiest day. They are looking for a farm with buildings that have not been modernized (see concept photo below), since it's being used for recreations of past events. The three days would consist of 2 days exterior and one day interior shoots. The farm can be located in the Pocono Mountains or Lehigh Valley. Email [email protected] if you are the owner of a property interested in renting it for use in this film. Please include contact information and photos of your property.

Welcome to 2021! Here is an opportunity for teen filmmakers. SE PA Teen Filmmakers Showcase. They plan to hold an in-person event August 9 at the Movie Tavern Exton. That means all screened filmmakers will get to ride in a limo, walk the red carpet, take professional photos and see their original film on the silver screen! This year, the Showcase will be in two theatres, one for the local filmmakers plus guests and the second for general admission/film aficionados. The next t...wo nights will include local/national and international editions on the BingeWave Production platform. The Showcase is encouraging as many submissions from local PA teens as possible. Given the current pandemic, the Showcase is carrying over the smartphone and COVID-19 categories alongside traditional submission categories. This past year’s virtual Showcase was phenomenal, with 1100 submissions from across the globe and anticipate tripling that number this year. Some pub about this past year’s event https://www.nrpa.org//lights-camera-actioncoronavirus-rev/ Feel submission details at https://filmfreeway.com/SEPennsylvaniaTeenFilmmakersShowcase Films created in 2019 (pre-COVID) are eligible as well. Our Director of Education Laura Maalouf, (also Downingtown West Business/Tech Ed. Teacher) put together a great Educational Resource for students/teens, it can be downloaded at https://eastgoshen.org//SE-Pennsylvania-Teen-Filmmaker_s-S

We are looking for a location for a film project shooting this fall. It only involves 2 actors and a small crew. The location is a barn that is rundown and ov...erlooks rolling hills/woods without other buildings visible in the distance. If anyone has a barn like this or knows of one, please contact me at [email protected]. Something that looks similar to the barn below would be great. See more
