Yesterday we had a small Pep Assembly to cheer on the Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball teams! This week they've been participating in the SWACAC playoffs, and needed some extra encouragement from the Warrior Family! These 4th graders are showing off the STEAM projects they made this week. They got to go outside and collect the leaves. Then they had to try to make an animal shape using the leaves! #fridayfun #leafproject #steamlearning

These students are participating in this year's annual fifth grade "Cereal Book Report Breakfast." Students had to select a fictional book and create a project out of a cereal box. As students recommended new books to their classmates, they were also able to enjoy their favorite cereal. #cerealbookreport #fictionbooks #fifthgrade

The ground breaking ceremony for the new gymnasium took place on December 21, 1993. The former Morris Gymnasium was renovated into additional classrooms and our current cafeteria. To help support the building fund, the elementary students challenged the high school students that they would collect one million pennies before they could collect one million nickels. (If anyone knows the outcome of this competition, please let us know!) When the students returned in the fall of 1994, there were many new changes! #throwbackthursday #pcsbeginnings #newgymnasium
